I'm a day away to finally eating some type of food I have lost 24lbs so far and have been on a liquid diet for 3 wks now. I cheated in the beginning which of course I'm not to proud of but I have gotten over the temptation and continue to stay focused. As of Weds I will be able to eat grits,cream of wheat, low fat yogurt,skim milk,cottage cheese. That beats liquid any day so I'm pretty excited to finally be eating something other than liquid or jello.. So here's to another day of liquid soon you'll be gone and I won't miss you LOL
