Hi Chrisa pleased you had a fab time with your friends, and I hope your feeling better soon, I know Iv asked on another post but what type of prune juice and prune yoghurts do you buy? Take care xxx

Iused to buy them from asda the naturally sweet prune juice think its called £2 to buy but thats 8 servings and the yoghurts are asda's own 99 calories each, i am doing ok on that front at the moment. x
