breakfast-marmaite on toast 2x 1/2 mug of tea 2 sugars(half spoon lunch- grilled chicken breast with 1 slice of bacon 1/2 portion of chips dinner-6 meatballs portion of asda rice, water to drink 1 voddy and red bull(long day !) 6 rice cakes .....but didn't need it ,not really that's it for today, hope for a better day ,after all........ tomorrow is another day!
