Aghhh need to lose 5k

Honest crisps are the devil!!!!! Lol
 
WEIGH IN : Lost 5lb in 4 days whooooooop I'm mega happy with that!!!! Just 6lb to go and then maintain.
 
wow great loss i really must find time to go boots and get weighed maybe mid week when things are calmer for me
 
Day 5

B: Two slices of toast
Snack : pack of crisps and x2 biccies
Lunch: seafood salad
Tea: home made chicken curry, rice and slimming world chips (done in oven with fry light) on my small plate
Extras: bottle of wine
I know the wines not the best but I NEED wine on a Friday lol
 
Day 6

B: two slices of toast
Snack: bag of Pom bears
Lunch: tomato soup with x2 thin bread
Tea: home made beef stew with mash (on small plate)
Other: choc mousse 70 cals. Ice lolly 40 cals
 
Day 7 (bit of a bad one)

B: two slices of toast
Snack: Pom bears x1
Lunch: x2 toast (felt a bit unwell)
Tea: home made pasta Bol on small plate with garlic bread
Other: another 2 bags of Pom bears, two orange clubs, 2 twixs, 4 biccies
AGHHHHHHH

Oh well could of been a lot worse lol back on it tomorrow.
 
the other is worrying but on the whole the menu was fine keep it up you will hit target soon
 
Aghhhh Day 8/9
I've got tonsillitis so I ate hardly anything today , yest I had toast then pasta. Throat is killing so hubby got me tub of ice cream, I've got chronic runs too so anything I eat dosnt stay in for long. Soz too much info lol I'm ill all the time so I'm getting used to it now.

I'm vomiting now :-( feel so ill havnt eaten a thing.
 
think there is many bugs about my carer and her son had 1 last week hope you guys feel better real soon
 
Early weigh in : omg lost 4lb this week so I've lost 9lb!!!!!! Need to be care as I start to eat again not to over eat and gradually introduce food back in, obv I'll put a few lb back on, if I stay the same next Friday I'll be happy with that.
 
great loss you could also stick to the smaller portions ready for after surgery so you are used to them rather than worry about going back to bigger portions and other foods
 
Yeah I already eat off a small plate as part of my healthy eating. So just sticking to it :)
