sounds like a good idea - try to plan lots of things to keep yourself busy - less time to think = less time to panic.

Thats the one lol, been to Dr this morning and sorted out medication for after the op and she gave me a big hug which was lovely and wished me luck and said she can't wait to see me when I'm back

Hiya yes you are an alchi lol, I think it affects us a lot quicker but you also sober up quicker.
