Always hungry

I'm good thanks Katy. Physically I have been soooo lucky in my recuperation, but I must admit to having a few 'wobbles' on the mental front. Nothing major at all :)

How are you getting on my lovely? X

I'm ok, a little down but feeling a bit better this evening. For me it is mentally too - not physically.

Nothing wrong with you Tazz, simply your body isn't used to 500/600 low fat cals a day and is struggling to understand what's going on.
Be patient and listen to your body.
I'm more or less were you are and experiencing exactly the same problems.
I try to stick to the guidelines my team gave me:
- hi prot, low fat meals (6 a-day, I only manage 5)
- around 600 cals daily
- no drinks 30mins before and after meals
- 1.5lt of fluids (I only manage 1lt)
- whey protein supplement to get to 60/70 grams of daily proteins
