am I doing OK?

Hi guys not been here for ages, just need either some reassurance or a good kick up the bum lol...........

Basically when I first went to see my GP I was 164kg, surgery day I was 146kg today 13 weeks post sleeve I'm 126kg I'm doing aqua aerobics 6 times a week walking my dog and kids am I on the right sort of track for weightloss or not I have no idea. Any tips gratefully received xxx

certainly being active enough, I'm 7.5 months out, started at 112.4 and now 72.6 so almost 40kg but a lot longer than your 13 weeks. I think it's sounds like your doing well. What's a typical days food?

Breakfast
Homemade granola/all bran bar

Lunch
Egg, lettuce, tomato and pitta

Dinner
Meat or fish veg

Not really having any snacks, some days I eat more somedays hardly anything but do try to keep it fairly stable as don't want to fall back into bad habits of eating one large meal at night or snacking rather than eating properly xxx

without working out values on my fitness I'd say your not eating enough. If I don't I don't lose X
