A week
Post op and it's calming Down now , just wind and back pain that's about it , enjoying my puree foods as my hospital sunderland royal are Bariatric specialists and don't believe in liquid diet first they prefer puree diet from beginning , Liquids for 2 days then puree , I have enjoyed it tbh having the following
Breakfast - 2tablespoons of either weetabix porridge or scrambled
egg
Mid morning - small yogurt
Lunch - 2 tablespoons of home made soup with boiled ham blended
Mid afternoon - 1/3 pint of skimmed milk
Dinner - meat and veg such as cottage pie etx 2 tablespoons
Supper - 2 spoons of blended tinned peach in natural juice
Plenty of water and cups of tea in-between I can drink about half a mug of tea now so enjoy that ,
Can't stress enough the pain is manageable but you have to walk about to help wind pains nothing works medicine wise apart from oil of peppermint in warm water and walking xxxxxx
