Any post- POSE updates? Would love to hear how you're getting on

I was wondering if there are any post POSE procedure updates?
I am on the POSE thread but it can be quite quiet and any info re losses, appetite, sustainability would be really appreciated (any regrets/concerns?)
I have a surgery date -20th june - Spire Southampton with mr Byrne- and am nervous re POSE being the right choice v the band because of the 'what ifs'

Hi guys, I have just joined this site an hour ago after not being able to sleep. I did some research on POSE yesterday and am keen to go ahead with this procedure in Southampton asap. Good luck with your op later this month, is there a pre op diet? And is the post op diet sloppy foods for a while or is it straightforward?

However, recent posts are saying that they are disappointed with the procedure.

Just that appetite and capacity haven't been reduced as much as they had hoped. 3 of them are saying it, but there are other for whom its working. I wonder why you cant click on the link?
