Anyone 3years or more post op?

Hello there CCPM, thank you for your reply, sorry for the delay in responding. Wow! you have done amazingly well, especially as you lost so much weight without the help of wls. It seems we are similar in that the bypass is kind of insurance against gaining all our weight back? Despite looking more 'normal' these days I still can't have a 'normal' relationship with food. It is a disappointment as I hoped all my demons would magically disappear with the weight but it seems that is not so. Yet another week passed with me trying and failing to eat better but I know I just need to get a grip and try harder. It is great hearing about other long term post op -ers stories it makes me realise I am not the only one who is maybe still struggling a bit.
