They haven't mentioned exercise, apart from counting steps? Hope they are carrying out the correct program. I did ask if it fulfilled Luton and Dunstables Tier 3 requirements, they said that the hospital said as long was I attend every session.

I have to attend for 6 months as my BMI was 54.4 when I was referred to the L&D.

That sounds like a right pain yes I see them and also had someone show us some exercises we had to do at home like I say it was nothing I didn't know already. I wouldn't worry though it's your actual gp who sends a referral to the hospital and on it it should say that you have completed a weight management plan so don't worry x
