Thank you everyone for your advise.
My doctor said it may be Acid Reflux but asked me to use the nasal spray first.
To be honest i forgot to mention to the doc that i where a mouth guard at night because i grind my teeth, and the problem started since then about 18months ago on and off.
Does anyone else where a mouth guard?
I will defo tell the doc about this because i dont think its acid reflux xxx
