well worth it only had band six week ago lost 20lb hard work but worth while

I paid for my band on credit cards which cripples me every month at the moment, but its been so worth it.
Food is not a major part of my life now, and i eat whatever i fancy in moderation.
In the past ive done every diet and done well for a few months then i fall off the wagon and it takes forever to get my motivation back to diet again. Now, its just everyday life for me and the motivation is still there 2 months on and going strong.
Ive lost 31lbs in 2 months with not much effort to be honest! Ive chosen to do this slow & steady, its not impacting on my life, shopping bill is cheaper and im loosing the fat.
Best decision ive made in years! No regrets!

Good luck xx

Hi good luck for your surgery.

To answer your question i have been trying to lose the same 7 stone for the last 11 or so years have been on every diet going last straw was lipotrim liquid food replacement lost 3 stone fell off the wagon and could not get back on!!:( and i could not face dieting again and putting it back on again!! plus my mam has had a weight problem all my life 27st at heaviest in march this year (she's just been banded) and no offense but i knew i would get that heavy if i did not act now.

So yes i am so pleased i took the steps and had surgery yes i'll be paying a loan off for the next seven years but it will be soooo worth it.

in 5 months i have lost 3 stone. and am 100% satisfied. this is a change for the rest of my life no choice about it :)

Are you pleased - most of the time I feel I have done the right thing. There are times, for example, if we are going out with friends that the planning is a nightmare and always having to say “No I can’t eat out . . .” is a real pain in the neck. I guess that as time progresses I will get used of the new regime. Only being 10 weeks out maybe I am trying to run before I can walk so to speak. There are obviously massive benefits to losing weight – health, clothes, looks and so on.

It is worth it - (£11,297.00) Well it was my choice to take this route and although I could have found cheaper, I am very happy overall with the service and care package.

How much I lost - 67lbs

xx

Are you pleased - No - not at the moment - too many issues - both physical and in my head.

It is worth it - Sorry I have to say at the moment - no it isn't.

How much u lost - 58lb - but not through restriction - I have only just got restriction and its giving me horrible problems with reflux.

Cheers guys any tips appreciated xx

I paid £5950 for my band with a bank loan. For me so far it is worth it.
I have lost 3 stone and my life is already changing for the good.
Life is short and I had had enough of hiding and being unhappy. Now iam living properly!

Are you pleased - Yes very!

It is worth it - Without a doubt!

How much u lost - 89 lbs so far, many more to go

This weekend I took a plane to Germany and for the first time in over 15 years I didn't need an extension seat belt. This event, and many, many others like it, make it all so worth it. I feel human. I feel normal. Something I cannot remember feeling ever in my adult life.
