Argh!

Two and a half weeks of puree and a week and a half to go. It is starting to drive me nuts. I know it's just something to get through, but I swear. Frequently!

Had a lovely slow cooked casserole tonight, but it would just not blitz down smooth enough. Lovely smell, lovely sight, ended up spooning off the gravy slowly to have with my mashed taters. Argh!

puree was grim, I was cooking and having to destroy my meal hahaha, yak I understand ur frustration but ur doing the right thing, I am 8 weeks post op today and I am still on softs as anything more solid makes me spew so I have went back to basics with added sauces but just a lil more texture, we will get there its still early days. Eventually we will be able to make a meal and eat it whoop goodluck xxx
