Baby steps turning into a full on run!

Hi there everyone,
Just a quick introduction as it seemed rude not to rather than just read everyone else's posts.
So I am having a by pass through the NHS at Plymouth hospital within the next month or so! Eek! I am attending a pre op. info session tomorrow so I guess I will know more after that.
Has anyone any experience of this hospital?
