Morning sweetie, Not personally, but have seen lots of posters who have. Seems like you may have trapped wind, hunni. Move about as much as you can... hope it goes soon xxx :):)

Fine at the moment ... trying to get enough food & drink down ... still sore though & won't be running any marathons but on the whole not so bad. Laid on the bed with my little grandson watching Ben & Holly while his mummy goes to the hairdressers, lol ... My chairs are too comfortable & so hard to get out of once ensconced so have retreated to bed as it is easier to get up & down which I am trying to do as much as possible. We live in a bungalow so it is no big deal. Hope you are doing well & getting the balance right, sweet xxx :)

Hi, I did have this and i found by sitting in a chair so my back was upright and rocking gently i was able to bring some wind up ! looked like a mad woman but who cares ! Maybe you have some wind, maybe worth a try x

Thx Hun....def found I need to mobilise myself when it happens...walking in circles in the lounge just helped me...my dig couldn't work me out lol x

I sufferred with back ache. Found rocking helpful and also a pillow behind to keep me supported. Apart from wind I don't think not wearing a bra helped! But my top wound sits right under the wire. xx

I'm good thanks Hun....feel like I leaped downstairs today...prob didn't but was def alot quicker than recent days. Cracked the backache by walking like a nutter in circles or sitting bolt upright with a pillow behind my back so slowly feeling good now! Slimfast shake for brekkie here I come! Roll on solids!! How's u today?! xx ps just weighed and 1 stone lost from starting preop...time to start tracking it I think!!

All coming together for you babe ... I am so happy for you :) I haven't had wind but imagine it is awful :( I had weetabix for breakfast ... not enjoying it like I used to but know I need to eat it & that it is going to be a chore at first. I am not weighing myself at all. Going for my staples out on Wednesday  so will let the nurse weigh me then ... they gave me a STAPLE REMOVER at the hospital to take to the nurse incase she did not have one ... gulp. Looks very like the ones I used at work xx :):)

So glad you're all doing well.

I'm also a believer in moving around to shift wind. I get bad wind if I fill my pouch too much.

Twink, I also looked at the staple remover slightly freaked out! The staples don't hurt as such, just more of a nick when she pulls out the edges where the skins sealed around them xx

Well I'm not there til fri so you can forewarn me then....I too have the dreaded scissors...had a peek under my plasters last night for first time...like a stationers day out with the staples!!! Lol
