Back from dietician appointment

One week after op and my first appointment with dietician went well. Can now have mashed potato. I'm so happy. Who would have thought it? Mashed potato a thing of beauty......... I can start introducing fish etc by the end of the week. Fingers crossed.

glad your appointment went well.

I was so happy when I could have mash because having been a serial dieter for years, it was always something I never ate....so to actually have permission to do so was Fab
