Hi john hows it going mate? are you copeing ok? I am in pain still and shuffleing along but getting there, can't manage a drink every hour like they asked me too as my meds are mainly water so that fills me up a lot.

Doing great thanks Lisa. My mate goes home today but I am confident that I will cope without problem. Drinks going down very well and having some extra flavoured water.

I am only having to take 1 dose of co-codimol during the night for a bit of headache and belly ache, the rest of the day is fine.
