Band today

I was getting a cramp style pain lower left side when I first started on soft.. Turned out I needed a poo.. Sorry!! Once that was sorted I didn't get it again..
Think your right to take things slow.. Your like me and have 4ml in your band.. I have found some restriction from that.. However now at just 4 weeks I feel no/minimal restriction.. So lucking forward to a fill..

Thank you that's helpful was getting worried felt I felt more comfortable bent over a bit with the pain and was hurting when I walked so thanks when is your first fill mine is 9th sept but they do say they don't defo do a fill they decide on the day x
