I hope that you start to feel a bit better ,drink plenty you have had an awful time of it.

Gosh i seem to eat a lot more than you!

Seem to still be losing albeit slowly only weighting every month may reset my goal top part of body looking good but lower part lumpy, bumpy,and wobbly...........

Upping the exercise from Monday .

B. 1 Peppered mackerel

Snack 1 tangerine

L. chicken broth largish bowl some carrot crudites 1 oz hummous.

D. Cauliflower and brocolli cheese.
1 small natural yoghurt cinnamon
 
233 -01-10 Saturday
breakfast - 3 tablespoons porridge made with water, 1/2 teaspoon honey and 8 fresh raspberries.

Lunch - 2 x rice cakes each spread with red pepper houmus and topped with wafer thin ham and 1 teaspoon branston pickle.

Dinner - 2 well grilled back bacon rashers, fat removed, 1 1/2 grilled half fat sausages, 1 grilled tomato and 1 egg yolk (dont eat the whites).

NAS Squash, water, tea and a low fat hot chocolate.
 
I thought i would do this a record for myself as much as anything, as i am awaiting 1st fill , it might be interesting to see how my eating changes once the fills start.
Sunday 21/2/10
B- slimfast skimmed milk
L- 2 soft boiled eggs on toast
T-chicken breast, 2 small potatoes, carrots , peas, cabbage , sprouts , gravy.
small cornetto
1ltr water
skinny coffee x 2

(i haven't found anything i can't eat )
 
Glad I have found this, it should come in useful...

Breakfast: 1 slice of nimble with 1/2 a banana

Lunch: 1 slice of nimble with ham, tomato and cheese grilled with some beetroot

Dinner: 1 chicken breast and turnip

Snack: 3 mini jaffa cakes with a cup of tea

Tea and dilute juice throughout the day
 
I have been looking at old threads and thought the start of this one is great Phatgirl knows her stuff and am sure this would be of use to loads of people pre and post op x

D:4-5 spoons of cottage pie with extra gravy
T:3-4 spoons fish and parsley sauce
lots of water , NAS squash, 2x coffee.
i am still on the mush stage following my 1st fill, i have found a massive difference , 4-5 spoons and i 'm full, its a bit of a shock when you fancy food but can't fit it in , i'm still adjusting , but getting there.

L-salad 2-3tbs cous cous, 3tbs coleslaw
T-turkey, mash, swede,cabbage, gravy (small plate)
2 jammie dodgers
1.5-2ltrs water
i don't feel restricted any more unless i try bread, then it gets stuck , i could request 2nd fill in another couple of wks , may be its time ?

2 litres of water with hint of apple
1 pint of water
2 glasses of orange squash
couple of coffees

mini shredded wheat (left to soak in milk)
i small bowl of broccolli cheese soup
cauliflower cheese (2 small pieces) with savory mince

another small bowl broccolli cheese soup
1 small piece of cauliflower cheese

plenty of water

1hr wii fit aerobics
6min shake weight workout

felt like i totally pigged out yesterday, but actually they told me to have 4-6 meals smaller meals a day
 
today, upto now.
7am - shredded wheat minis with milk
12:30pm - the leftover broccolli cheese soup (about 3 spoonfuls) & the leftover savory mince (a small tupperware tub)
3pm - 1 weight waters yogurt
5pm - scrammbled egg & smoked salmon

loads of water
couple of glasses orange squash

1hr39mins aerobics wii fit exercise

i had my tea a bit eariler tonight cos im having a hungry day again, think its the exercise.
I'm working a night shift tonight though (first back after op) & that will keep me away from eating. I will probably take a yogurt with me & plenty of water

So you dont feel lonely I thought I would post too!

Breakfast:no added sugar museli

Lunch: tuna, light mayo and sweetcorn on thin melba toast

Tea: quorn chilli no rice - made nice and spicy as its just for me!

Snacks: pear and zero yoghurt.

Drinks: tea with skimmed, lots of water and a skinny latte.

Exercise: Forty lengths swimming.

All in all a good day! :D

Yesterday

Brekkie: special K with skimmed milk

Lunch: big salad with guacomole

Tea: Sea bass, green beans, peas and sweetcorn

Snacks pear, zero yoghurt

Drinks the usual

Exercise spinning 45 mins class

Today

As above except had salmon for tea - plus had 2 glasses of dry white wine and exercise was 1hr body pump.

im ashamed to put todays diet down, but i will.

5:30am mini shredded wheat
11am brocolli soup
2:30 1 scrammbled egg with smoked salmon
6pm shepards pie (homemade & v small portion)
9pm 2 ryvita thins with reduced fat hummous

2 litres of water
1 glass orange squash
1 decaff coffee

oh & ive done 1hr 30 mins free step on the wii fit...7 mins hula, 30 mins or so wii sport tennis & 3 rounds of wii sport boxing. i also walked my little 'un to nursery in the buggy & back home again..which took about 45 mins each way.

today upto now

special k & milk
smoked salmon & veggie omelette

im going for dinner at my mums tonight, we're having salmon & veggies.
then cinema later, with some water..im going to take a couple of sugar free boiled sweets as a birthday treat (and to make me ignore the popcorn my other half will be chomping on!)

ive burnt 688 calories on the wii fit today too, done 1hr 45 mins.
 
11am mushroom & smoked salmon omelette
6pm broccolli soup & 2 ryvita thins with tesco low fat pate
9:30pm 2 glasses of ww rose (3 ww points)

lots of water & cordial
couple of decaf coffees

30 minutes free step on the wii fit.
