Thursday for me:
Breakfast: Peanut butter protein granola bar
Lunch: Fridge raiders, Avidlite cinnamon and pecan bar
Dinner: Beef hotpot and veggies
Pud: Nature valley oat and honey bar
snacks: 2 chewee sugar free sweets
Drinks: lots of water, caffeine free diet coke, 2 black coffees no sugar
total calories: 1,010

I know you are trying to up your protein and fridge raiders are high in protein but isnt the fat content rather high?

Breakfast: 1/2 tin of spagetti hoops with 1 x nimble wholemeal toasted with flora light
Lunch: Bowl of homemade veg soup and 2 x ryvita crackers with phili garlic & herb light
Dinner: 1/4 chicken breast stirfried with 1 onion, babycorn, garlic, 1 tsp black bean & 1/2 tsp of chilli bean and handful of noodles.......very hot
Treat: slice of my niece's birthday cake
Tea & NAS dilute throughout the day (2 pints)
Your stir frys sound delish Kate, if I came to Northern Ireland would you make me a veggie one lol
Woops havent been posting for a few days, yesterday I had:
Breakfast - slimfast strawberry
Lunch - small jacket pot with tuna and coleslaw
Tea - ate out after spinning at the gym, had boston bean hash, was very nice. Meal was at a carvery so also had a bit of cauli one roastie and peas. Ate half of the bean thing and a nibble of the potato. My brother and my OH had their plates piled high - actually made me feel sick looking at it all.
Kate will have to check those sauces out, hope your not too sore after body pump - i like that class too but spinning is still my favourite at the minute.
