One way to try and get the sense of fullness is to make sure your meal lasts just over 20 minutes, it takes that long for the brain to realise the stomach has food.
My surgeon said, if you get to the end of a meal and it's still hot, you have eaten too fast....LOL
Hi Caz, thats what I try and do, I find if I have to feed the baby at the same time it really slows me down or I just pop on here and type while having lunch it works a treat and stops me from eating too fast
