Has anyone researched the best biscuit we can have, before I start checking them out? Im in need of a biscuit fix but don't want to waste unnecessary cals!! and before you say it...I know...it's not a wise choice BUT!!
There's a recipie on here somewhere on bypass recipies section I think for ginger biscuits which has no or little fat, replaces the sugar with Splenda so a lot less sugar. I swapped the ginger for cinnamon & mixed spice & they were delicious. Kept well in an airtight tin.
