Biscuits

Has anyone researched the best biscuit we can have, before I start checking them out? Im in need of a biscuit fix but don't want to waste unnecessary cals!! and before you say it...I know...it's not a wise choice BUT!! :)
 
Oh fab..my favourite..rich tea fingers..strangely nicknamed dog biscuits as a child..bizarre!!
 
There's a recipie on here somewhere on bypass recipies section I think for ginger biscuits which has no or little fat, replaces the sugar with Splenda so a lot less sugar. I swapped the ginger for cinnamon & mixed spice & they were delicious. Kept well in an airtight tin.

Just searched but can't find it.. :( shame because they sound fab x
 
Tbh I just have a couple of whatever I fancy!I could eat a pack of bics with a coffee pre op so just two are great now!
 
Thats funny because we were talking biccys at the last meeting at Poole and i was amazed to hear you could have a rich tea so im a happy bunny now :)
 
i suppose if you dunk them they won't even get stuck xx i'll look forward to a couple of rich tea when i am able to have them in few weeks :)
