hiya, I was banded on 21st this week, I have had some weetabix, v v sloppy, some tomato soup and some mushroom soup, only about 7-8 teaspoons of each.
tonight I had some pureed mashed potato and veg and gravy, v v sloppy, it was lovely, although I really couldn't manage too much, I have also had a low fat yogurt, I am feeling a lot better since starting to eat different food, the milk diet had messed up my whole system.
