I felt so pathetic today, washed out – why? Hubby took me to play foreman for fence building, (it was a laugh) but we were there a lot, lot longer than I expected to be. So I ended up not eating from about 12 noon to 7pm and as I’ve been grazing on yoghurts throughout the day it really did make a difference. Felt headachy, wobbly, couldn’t concentrate, and found it difficult to hold a conversation – a sane one at least
So having 4 yoghurts spaced out when I got home between 7pm and 9pm wasn’t the best…

I know the plan for tomorrow as it’s my pre op day at the UHCW so hopefully I’ve met their target weight (depending on scales) and my other health issues are ok still. I’ll be asking questions if it hasn’t been covered including finding out if they have my old anaesthetic notes from the other hospital yet.
