Burning Pain after eating mainly left sided

Sorry I haven't been on here much , still no further forward , been told to eat very little and often 6 mini meals a day , until I get my cam test October 6th , I had a barium meal swallow test and it showed a spasm so they need to check in detail with the camera , fingers crossed it's fixable as they seem to think I may be needed to opened back up :-( x

Can I ask did you ever find out what this was? I am experiencing very similar symptoms and no health professional seems to be listening . I can't cope with the pain anymore
