complan is a protien shake you can get them in boots or supermarkets, however check out the shake thread as there are several options listed on there that are good

Just wanted to say thanx for the kind wishes whilst I was away having op.

I'm back home now, bit sore but really not halve as bad as I imagined! Had slight blip on Sunday but thats another story!
