Can't make glitter name!

I had a glitter name but wanted to change it. Went to the last place I make one , remade it but it wouldn't work?! The only that appeared on my signature was the glitter website name.
I tried a few other name places and they all produced the same results? Do you know what is wrong, is there a glitch or something?
