Fed up waiting for notes to be sent to Spire so will forward my discharge letter myself.Had it weeks ago but no copy sent to the Spire!This is all that is holding my appointment up as Dr wont see me till its in place!Chuffin Nora I was approved for funding nearly six months ago!Aaaarrrrgggghh (thats better)Maz x:cry:
