One egg, about 30 mls milk, some grated cheese, whisked up and microwaved for one minute.

I am having it as a late lunch....so far so good and it is YUMMY!

Charis, can I have this recipe please?
I want to put it on the thread for affordable, simple recipe's... would that be ok with you please Angel? xxx

Mmmmm....kind of like really sloppy scrambled egg?
Steph xx

LOL: depends on how long you cook it Steph. It should be more like a mousse consistency really. I suspect a minute may be too long. It's a bit of trial and error. It's yummy though! and full of protein too!

Mine is fine thanks. I have had the melon and grapes (2 for £3), one portion of those for my lunch alongside a turkey bap with a minimum of benecol marg...

I just want to get moving... as soon as I can stand, my frame is ready by my Wii board!

Don't laugh..... in a moment of painful desperation yesterday, I ordered the Wii Just Dance CD hahahaha..... now if that isn't optimism. I am determined!

Keep me posted of any interesting items that Asda may have and I'll do the same Kelly... I only buy low fat, low salt, low calorie and low price... hahaha these days.... xxx

OI you dissing my egg custard!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

I'll have words with you missis!

No LOL I used to wean my babies on it Kelly; they loved it and it was SO quick and easy to do!

But Basically the first stage of diet post-op is just like weaning!!!!!!!!!

It's like I'm back there again, whizzing it all up in the blender!

Didn't use tins and jars with number 2 son as he just loved home cooked food. I swear breast feeding him (exclusively) for 5 months and then weaning him on 'proper' food has give him his healthy attitude to food. He's 6 feet tall, slim and muscly (all the girls chase him LOL), loves his food, will eat anything, BUT he's NEVER greedy. If he's not hungry, he doesn't eat.

Have you SEEN how much sugar and salt are in 'baby' food. The big corporates are looking to get our kids hooked on junk before they're out of nappies! It's obscene!

OK rant over...........:rolleyes::eek:

Yup, it's cheesey scrambled eggs....... No sign of vanilla/vanilla essence there!

Hey there

I saw a similar kind of thing made but it was egg muffins, with just one egg per muffin , all u do is whisk the egg add onions/mushroom etc ( or a filling of ur choice like u would an omelette) mix it all together and put it in like a yorkie pudding style dish and put em in the oven until brown.............Never tried it but only saw it yesterday .........
