I had 2 of these for tea! Didn't have any veg as I thought it'd be pushing it. I managed them fine, hoi-sin sauce too.....but can't say I particularly enjoyed them!
Strawberries with diabetic ice cram was lush though!

I thought they would be Dotty but not so great!

did you have to cucumber and spring onions, i know you said no veg, but i didnt know if u meant them or not, cucumber isnt too bad if u take the skin off, its usually the skin that causes most problems with ppl. also i think duck/pancakes, need the spring onions/cucumber to make them nice, i too tried them once, pre op, and didnt have anything to put on them, and i didnt enjoy them at all, in fact they were horrible, i wouldnt have them again unless i had cucumber and spring onions. sorry, ive waffled, lol, hugs xx

I think they'd have been better with the spring onions and cucumber Dawny but I didn't dare. Maybe next time!

good idea charis, although id have thought if anything, the hoi sin sauce woud have caused problems, cos im sure theres a lot of sugar n stuff in it, i may be wrong, but its worth checking huni, hugs xxx

Watch that cucumber!!!! For such a plain water based veg it cant half kick up a fuss once in your little tum . . .

(not sure if I will dare try it again for months!)

I love crispy duck pancakes! Also have no problems with the onions or cucumber since 3 months post-op. I have cucumber in a salad as part of my lunch every day since. Skin included. I must have a pouch of steel! :D xx

duck pancakes are theeeee dogs beeeeep xx

Yum Yum xx

im ok with cucumber as long as i take the skin off, but then ive always been like that. so its nothing new.
