Christmas after RNY

I'll be seven weeks post op too :). I was hoping I'd be able to stomach a bit of roast potato (perhaps opened and just eat the inside, haha), soft veggies, gravy. Would be lovely to manage a tiny bit of turkey with lots of gravy, but we will see.

Mainly I'm looking forward to to time with family without thinking 'when is dinner!'.

The question is what have you planned for this christmas dinner haha as you will be eating as normal as it gets ?
I will be eating the whole works this christmas, But only in much smaller portions.

I'll be 5 weeks post op i think on Christmas Day and we were discussing last night what will I have so this thread is a god send for me thank you so much for thinking of it!!! :D My only question is about the content of the gravy etc? Does it have to be low fat or something? I've so much to learn eh! xxxxx

Just normal gravy, bisto gravy granuals, I have never used any low fats stuff, just everyday normal foods. I have always been ok as I can't consume as much so it hasn't affected me.
