I DO MY CHRISTMAS FOOD SHOP ON TUESDAY

IT BE FOOD SHOPPING FOR ME AND MY SIS WE BOTH HAVE BANDS AND REALY GOOD RESTRICTION. AND NORMAL FOOD FOR MY HUBBY, MUM & SON.

OH WELL ILL JUST WATCH THEM HAVING A GOOD FEED, I SHOULD BE USED TO THIS BY NOW AS THIS IS MY 4TH CHRISTMAS WITH BAND :8855:

Yeah dont shout liz lol.....I did my christmas shop and was so chuffed that my trolley did not have the usual junk stuff in just because its christmas...even my son agreed we have everything we need at half the price and soon to be half the me lol...xx

i totally agree with you, ill see what i can get in and not go mad, thats if theres any thing left on the shop shelves, what is it with ppl at christmas they clear the shelves, who needs 10 tins of peas, ect the shops only closed for 2 days lol.

I did mine yesterday and it was hard to see the shelves there were so many people up and down the aisles...I agree it is only two days and there is always a corner shop or garage open somewhere if you need milk or something...have fun liz look forward to hearing how busy it was when you get back...my best bit was I just did not fancy any of the food on display so walked right on passed it more pounds in my pocket and more pounds off my hips lol...xx

i did mine saturday it was awfull took three times longer than normal but all done now i have only bought one small box of sweeties and a chunk of stinky cheese i love and profiteroles and that it for indulgence it was hard walking past it all but im looking forward to having a few treats good luck with your shopping

Serenity at least you are having some treats and not denying yourself which I think is the best way to do it...have a lovely christmas chick and look forward to seeing less of you in the new year lol..xx

I have not had my band or bypass or anything but dont want to spoilmy hardwork at the gym by eating everything so sadly I have not been shopping YET lol !!!
I will buy some nice bits but deffo not over the top like usual, but then I do have a 6,4 and 1 year old that like sweeties, full fat milk and crisps and my hubby is a bit of a kid too.
O am a savory snacker so no Pork pies or sausage rolls, peanut and crisps for me (well not too many)
