Yeah the best I have found are ww fat free but sugar about 5% 1point on ww diet. But have you tried natural yoghurt and added your own fruit, FAGE I think its called is a good one and you can add your own stuff to or use it to cook with, I love the active fat free but sugar is high sometimes eat in 2 stages. Just need to spend some time and have a good look at them all. xx
Fage Total for me and I add my own fruit for flavour..it is also high in protein I'm hit and miss with WW ones I can be ok one day and the next time I'm dumping so I avoid them altogether along with all the others.
