Confused, please help!!

I've chased up my appointment today. The very first appointment after seeing my gp. Now, i presumed i'd see someone at the walsall manor Hospital(which is where i hope to have the surgery done) but the gp receptionist said that there is no funding in walsall so i'll have to see someone else first. Does anyone know who this someone else would be, is it something to do with funding, i hear you all talk alot about that ?

There was talk earlier in the year that is no funding available from walsall pct and that people that come under walsall pct were being referred to a weight management clicic for 12 months. You should ring your pct and ask them directly.
