i bought the cheap one from argos mentioned above - it doesn't look flash obviously, so it gets hidden away in the cupboard ! But it works fine x x

Thanks all. I did a good old Lakeland spree yesterday. Ordered the little slow cooker and quite a few other bits and bobs.

Gail, I have a few clay cookers - tagines, marmites, romertopf etc and they are brilliant. I just wanted something small that I could plug in and go like I do with my big slow cooker.

Can't wait for the delivery now. xx
