So yesterday I got a call offering me a cancellation for this sat. For those of u who saw my previous posts I didnt even know id passed psych and been through mdt...

Had pre op today, and am going to st antonys on sat and am shitting myself. Majorly.

Needing hugs.

Also wondering about the person whose slot I have and if they are ok x

Yes for the three days. They emailed it to me. Apparently I got the slt because of my 'low' bmi of 40.7 so yay...

Good luck! At least you won't have long to worry about it. I have a similar BMI to you and had my band fitted on Monday. It was all very straightforward, came home on Tuesday and now enjoying my wife running round after me LOL.

I am one of the lucky ones and have had no pain with wind so nothing more than a bit of tenderness really. There is a bit of swelling and bruising around the port hole but that is expected to go over the next few weeks. Thank you for asking and once again good luck to you.

Im back home now. All good and normal just struggling taking my pills and with wind pain but surgeon assured me pills will fit so ...
