Day Seven - Fri 3rd Sept
Breakfast - 1 wholemeal slice toast and clover.
Lunch - 1 small wholemeal roll, chicken, lettuce and tomato. 1 banana.
Dinner - Portion of chicken, white cabbage, 2 small new potatoes.
Snack - Shape Zero yogurt. Melon.
Drinks - 2 tea, lots of water, 1 can diet coke.
