Just spoken to consultant he said the staple gun misfired but was reset an went ok after that they keeping me in over weekend it seems will have to see what next few days bring I guess

Day 3 update

Consultant seems happy leek will dry up an go away he tells me no need to worry
Am fed up of drinking just water but that is all I'm allowed
I have to look forward an be positive

Hi John how are you, looks like we both have had problems with me ackroyd that day. My sleeve is too tight so I can only manage a little bit of water. I don't feel hungry at all but very thirsty and am in a lot of pain in my chest because of the sleeve been so tight. Whenever I drink anything it sits in my chest. I have to go back in 4 weeks and might need to have another operation to stretch my sleeve

Oh that's not good news at all mines all ok I'm in sloppy foods already so road is good I think don't eat a lot either will have to drink 2l of fluid a day mr ackroid is very pleased with my outcome I am leaving hospital on Monday was supposed to go on Sunday but told them about transport on a Sunday an they said go on Monday so nice place to be to get things rolling so at moment can't complain
