did i dump??

thought i would try some tropical fruit juice as abit bored with squash, i had 500ml and about 5 mins after i had the sudden urge to go to sleep. had to lie down for 30 mins then i was fine, i had no other symptoms so wonder if its dumping?

Sounds like dumping,when I dump its such a strong urge to sleep.
But I can also feel sick/sweats/cramps.

Yes indeed you did. Tropical fruit juice has alot of sugar in it. Try watering it down before you drink it again. Same thing happened to me before, when I didn't put enough water in my pineapple juice :-/
