I've only dumped once. I eat a bit of chocolate instead of of the whole bar, I eat a bit of ice cream instead of the whole tub, and I can eat a couple of biscuits instead of the whole pack.
I was concerend at first about this, but now I see this is how it works for me, I don't feel like I'm missing out, and to be honest it helps make me feel normal for once in my life !!!
