UPDATE ON HOSPITAL VISIT--
Well i went to see the dietician yesterday and had a shock!I had smashed her target and weighed in at 23st.10lbs.Now been put on the low carb diet with menu choices.Should get a letter from the surgeon in two weeks.Just have to maintain my weight now.Thanks to all my friends on the losers bench for all their help.

I don't know how I missed this thread....but WELL DONE! I'm so pleased you made it. It's rubbish the hoops we have to jump through, but it's so worth it in the end.
