hello i lost 13 stone since 9th september 08,i lost the other 4 waitng for my op.i think i've stopped now as i hit 12stone 2 lb a few weeks ago and im still there,im so happy to be normal 1st time ever x x xx x x x sarah

sarah you will get your body lift in the future xxx its a time thing and they like to see a stable weight for so long to get the max effect from it, you have done fab and im really proud of ya x
