Hi All not been on since the summer a lots happened but sadly put on 40lbs
had two fills and two defills in this time and had my first refill this morning and now back in the zone as it were..... after meeting claire and a couple of other banders this morning it spurred me on to come back and say hi and get some support to get back on track,,, so for all those that remember me if any ..... helloooooooo
