this is what i had yesterday porridge fish with beans afternoon slimfast evening a thick soup ad a yogurt later is this ok or am i doing it wrong 3 weeks post band please help as iam putting on weight not lossing

So 3 weeks post band are you now on pureed and soft food?

If so this is what I used to have

Oats so simple

Mashed potato with small amount of tuna or salmon

Cottage pie or similar

maybe a yoghurt for a snack

other foods
Scrambled eggs
Omelette
corned beef hash
rice pudding
low fat custard
lasagne
ravioli
pasta small amounts
fish pie
mousaka but chew well
stew without the meat and cook veg until very soft
Spaghetti hoops

Small amounts but we all vary so much...

I also found when I came off liquids and started soft food I gained 2 pounds but it settles down and starts to shift again :)
 
think iam drinking enough keep abottle of water with me all the time and i dont drink high sugar drinks anymore
 
Its a mystery isnt it...contact your dietician :)
