Had my appointment with the dietician yesterday, was a group one. Went really well and, when I weighed fully dressed in the afternoon I was a pound lighter on his scales than on mine at home whooo hoooo. Will still be logging the weight on mine though for consistency

He was really impressed and pleased with me. Next app. is with the surgeon in May.
