I did 12mths weight management which was good just eat small amounts n healthy around 1000cls per day lost around 5stone b4 op I can get weight of its keeping it off lol after a while I find it bk wiv sum friends added lol xx
Well done to you both I'm sort of doing slimming world but I already had the book so just doing it on my own but I'm really finding it hard as I carnt afford all the foods as well as buy for my family so just been living on scrambled egg on toast and weight watchers meals pasta and jackets with beans and slimming world chips but it's the bread I love my sandwiches and I know I'm still eating to much bread so going to try and eat 2 per day x
Io know what you mean kellie if I didn't eat half as much bread as I did I wouldn't be half the size I am now use to be able eat 6 slices of toast a day!
Focus on protein to get you in the right mindset for post op! Ensure youre having 60g a day and cut the carbs. Without monitoring these your loss will be slower! I'm 5months out but track every morsel I eat even now using my fitness pal app. Just looking at cals won't do it as your goods could still then be carb heavy...and it's amazing how they're hidden in foods!! x
