Does this make sense?

Ok, so i get on the scales this morning only to find they say 151.2 which is now the lightest I have ever been since my journey began.

I really don't get this dieting at all lol

So I guess that I don't get a Pork Pie now after all........Gutted.

When you exercise and use your muscles the fibres break down and they swell then the fibres start knitting together and your muscles become bulkier. This is how you build muscle and lose fat. When you are in the swelling stage your muscles will weigh more than the fat so your weight increases slightly. I always weigh more the day after I have been to the gym. If you have fat measurement on your scales that will probably go down but not your weight. However you may be pleasantly surprised a day or two later. Don't get hung up on the scales, if you are exercising and eating well then it will come off
