Subway do 4" kids subs as well in a few different varieties which is a good option sometimes. Carb heavy though so when I used to have one I would avoid carbs in my other meals.
For me the enjoyment of eating out has almost gone as I struggle too much even with little portions sometimes. I normally order a starter and have that, which is fine if those I am dining with know about my by pass.
What works best for me is pub food as I can order mash or chilli on a jacket and my companions can have bigger portions.
I have eaten out twice this weekend and was just left wondering why I bother.
