I sense a nasty picture or 2 coming on!

Oh no Mixxy, I was dreading this!!!

Please don't........ I have nightmares about your pictures... xxx

p.s. Everyone keep your windows shut, they come in to the warm this time of the year... I'm terrified of them too... not many things can frighten me in life... but put me face to face with a spider and it's me or it! xxxx

Thanks Mixxy, I was just negotiating the page, so it didn't scroll down.... what horrendous pictures you keep... how can you??? xxx

Hahaha. Me too... one of the main reasons that I don't and haven't travelled to some destinations... I have a brother in the USA (mid west) and I can just about cope when I am there regularly with their snakes... but their spiders are quite civilised.... Love and hugs Mixxy xxx

Mixy that was wicked!

I was just about to say that it's not spiders which bother me, but daddy longlegs and moths....then saw your pictures and have eaten my words!

I will re-phrase and say that though I'm not keen on any creepy crawlies, British spiders aren't usually too bad.

That bird eating spider is truly foul though. Oh my word, imagine discovering that in the bath!

I do remember a few years ago in Asda, discovering a very nasty and venomous spider hidden amongst the bananas!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

It caused quite a commotion when I alerted the staff to it!

OMG, I feel really ill now, cheers Mixxy, eugh who on earth would even look for pictures like that? I have had a severe spider phobia since a bad experience as a child, I am terrified of them, and I tell you what, for a fat bird, I could give Linford Christie a run for his money if I spot one. I moved out into the edge of Bodmin Moor a few years ago and we get absolutely humungous ones coming into the house (granted not as bad as those monstrosities above)....I really don't like to kill them so if I can persuade my daughter to put a glass over them, then they stay like that until OH gets home, but if they are too chunky...I'm sorry but I get the Dyson out....I couldn't possibly rest knowing they were running about somewhere, eugh!

there horrific hey, i just dont know what id do seeing one of them.... well ok i would id faint ;)
